I have a real passion for health, fitness and wellbeing, after losing five stone in 2014.
I am a big believer in living a happy, healthy, balanced life.
My mantra has always been 'Be bright, be happy, be YOU' - and I think it's a great one to live by!
I'm a real homebody, and I love my home comforts. If you whack Netflix on, give me a cup of green tea and a bar of dark chocolate, I'm golden.
